Data Export & Deletion

Export a Chat / Task

Panel → Task → open a task → "Export" in the top-right to download JSON or Markdown.
Export a chat: chat page top-right "⋯" → Export Conversation.

Export the Entire Workspace

Settings → Workspace → Export Data.
We package a ZIP and email it to you (large workspaces take 5–30 minutes).
Includes: chats, tasks, memory, calendar, database, file metadata.
Raw uploaded files come as S3 links valid for 7 days.

Export a Database

Panel → Database → pick a table → Export → choose CSV or JSON.

Delete a Single Message

On the message, "⋯" → Delete. Deletes from your view and the server only — messages already sent through a channel (Telegram, Email) cannot be recalled.

Delete a Whole Conversation

Swipe left on the chat list (mobile) or hover and click ⋯ → Delete.
Related tasks remain in the Task page after the chat is deleted.

Delete a Workspace

Settings → Workspace → Danger Zone → Delete Workspace.
Recoverable via support within 30 days; permanent deletion after that.

Delete Account

Settings → Account → Delete Account.
You must first transfer or delete every workspace you own.
Recoverable by logging in within 30 days; permanent afterward.
