Voice Input Issues
1. Microphone Not Detected
- Browser (Panel) — the first use prompts for permission; you must allow.
- If previously denied, click the lock icon in the URL bar → Site settings → Microphone → Allow.
- Desktop: on macOS, tick DYNARA in System Settings → Privacy → Microphone.
- Mobile: System Settings → DYNARA → Microphone → enable.
2. Recording Silent / Transcription Blank
- Confirm the system audio input device is correct (Bluetooth headsets often need manual selection).
- Environment too noisy or volume too low — the engine returns empty string.
- Speak close to the mic, and pause ~1s between sentences.
3. Many Transcription Errors
- Default engine uses a mixed Chinese/English model; pure Taiwanese, Cantonese or dialects reduce accuracy.
- Correct proper nouns and names by typing.
- If a repeated word is frequently misheard, switch from "continuous dialog" to "utterance-by-utterance" mode.
4. Desktop Global Hotkey Doesn't Respond
- Settings → Keyboard Shortcuts — confirm the hotkey isn't taken by another app (e.g. Spotlight, IME switch).
- Try a different hotkey.
- On macOS, tick DYNARA in Privacy → Accessibility and Privacy → Input Monitoring.
5. Continuous Mode Drops Mid-Conversation
- Usually network jitter drops the WebSocket.
- The app auto-reconnects and shows "Paused"; tap the mic once to continue.
- Some corporate networks block audio streaming — try a personal hotspot.
