Workspace Missing / Can't Switch

1. Can't See a Workspace I Should Belong To

  • Confirm the email you logged in with matches the invited address (case-insensitive but spelling-exact).
  • The inviter never sent the invite, or it expired — ask them to resend via Settings → Members → Invite.
  • Invite links include a token and expire after 7 days — ask for a new invite.
  • If you're logged into another account, sign out first and click the link again.

3. Data Looks Wrong After Switching Workspace

  • Chats, tasks and memory are per-workspace — not seeing old data is expected.
  • Confirm the workspace dropdown in the top-left actually switched.

4. I Was Kicked Out of a Workspace

  • Owners / Admins can remove members in the Members page.
  • Removed members no longer see that workspace; their data stays in the workspace (not deleted from your account).
  • If you think it was a mistake, contact the workspace Owner.

5. Transfer Ownership

  • Settings → Members → click the target member's "⋯" → Transfer Ownership.
  • You automatically become Admin after the transfer.
  • There's only one Owner per workspace.

6. Delete a Workspace

  • Settings → Workspace → Danger Zone → Delete Workspace.
  • Owner-only. Recoverable via support within 30 days.
  • Billing stops at the same time; prepaid time is not refunded.
