Channel Can't Send Messages

1. Check the Channel Is Enabled

Panel → Channels — confirm the channel's toggle is on.

2. Check for Expired Credentials

• Telegram: is the Bot Token still valid?
• LINE: Channel Access Token / Secret
• Webhook: has the destination system changed the URL?

3. Check Chat Quota

If a "plan limit reached" toast appears, see Plan Limit Reached.

4. Check Backend Logs

Panel → Brain Logs shows recent processing; search for error or failed.
