Can't Log In / Kicked Out After Login
1. Check Username & Password
- Passwords are case-sensitive; check Caps Lock.
- If forgotten, click "Forgot password" on the login page — a reset email goes to your registered address.
- If the reset email doesn't arrive, check Spam, or wait 5 minutes and try again.
2. Verification Email Didn't Arrive
- You should receive it within 10 minutes of signing up.
- Sender is
[email protected]— add it to your safe senders. - Company email servers may block it; sign up with a personal email instead.
3. Signed Out Immediately After Login
Usually a token expiry or browser cookie issue:
- Clear cookies and localStorage for
panel.dynara.io. - Confirm your browser is not blocking third-party cookies (Cognito needs them).
- Turn off Incognito / Private browsing and try again.
- Try a different browser (Chrome / Edge / Firefox) to rule out extensions.
4. SSO / Google Login Failure
- Confirm your Google account's email matches your DYNARA account.
- If the popup is blocked, allow popups for
panel.dynara.io.
5. Account Disabled
If you see "Account disabled", it may be a terms-of-service violation or overdue payment. Email [email protected].
