AI Isn't Responding

You sent a message but nothing came back? Check in order:

1. Is This the First Message After Idle?

If the workspace was idle for a while, the first message may take 30–60 seconds due to Brain cold-start — this is normal. You'll see the "Thinking" indicator; just wait. Subsequent messages are fast.

2. Is the Task Waiting?

Panel → Tasks — if you see a Waiting task, the AI is likely waiting on your supply (you'll see ❓ in chat). Tap in and answer.

3. Have You Hit the Chat Quota?

If you've used this month's quota, messages are rejected. See Plan Limit Reached.

4. Is Brain Healthy?

Panel → Brain Logs — check for recent log output. If nothing, the Brain worker may not be running.

5. Connection Status

The indicator in the Panel's bottom-right should be green (connected). If red, refresh the page.
