Notifications Not Arriving
Mobile Push Missing
1. App Notification Permission
- iOS: Settings → Notifications → DYNARA → enable "Allow Notifications".
- Android: Settings → Apps → DYNARA → Notifications → enable.
2. In-App Notification Settings
DYNARA app → Settings → Notifications — verify each:
- Task completed
- AI supply request
- New channel message
- System announcements
3. Quiet Hours
The app has daily Do Not Disturb hours; pushes only come through outside those. Confirm the current time isn't in a DND window.
4. Battery Saver Interference
- iOS low-power mode delays push.
- Android OEMs (Xiaomi, Huawei, OPPO) have separate "autostart" and "battery whitelist" rules; add DYNARA to the whitelist or background pushes get killed.
5. Signed Out / Kicked
If the system evicts the app's session in the background, pushes stop. Open the app to check whether you need to sign in again.
Email Notifications Missing
- Sender is
[email protected]— add to contacts or safe list. - Check Spam.
- Company mail may be filtered by IT policy; switch to a personal email in account settings.
Desktop Notifications Not Popping
- Windows: Settings → System → Notifications — confirm DYNARA is enabled and Focus Assist isn't blocking it.
- macOS: System Settings → Notifications → DYNARA → allow, set to Banners or Alerts.
- Confirm the Desktop app is still running in the background (tray / menu bar icon is present).
