File Upload Failed
1. File Too Large
- Per-file cap: 25 MB (plan-dependent).
- If over, compress, split, or use a cloud link.
- Compress images with tools like tinypng.com.
2. Unsupported Format
Supported formats:
- Documents: PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, CSV, XLSX
- Images: PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, GIF
- Audio: MP3, WAV, M4A
- Other formats are rejected — convert first.
3. Storage Quota Full
If a "file storage full" toast appears:
- Panel → Files — delete old files.
- Or upgrade your plan for more space.
- See Plan Limit Reached.
4. Upload Stuck at 0%
- Check your network (especially corporate networks or VPN).
- Try a personal hotspot.
- Be patient for big files — 10 MB+ can take 30+ seconds.
5. Upload Succeeded But AI Can't See It
- Confirm the file appears in the message's attachments list.
- Scanned (image-based) PDFs need OCR — the AI may not be able to extract text directly.
- Paste the plain text into the chat as a fallback.
