Create Your First AI Employee

Every workspace ships with a default Soul — your first AI Employee.

Adjust Personality

Go to Panel → Soul to edit:

• Name — the AI's display name
• Role — e.g. "Customer Support", "Copywriting Assistant"
• Style — formal, friendly, professional, playful…
• Custom prompt — more granular instructions

Bind Channels

Go to Panel → Channels, add a channel and pick which Soul handles it. A single Soul can bind to multiple channels (e.g. handle Telegram and Email at once).

Assign Tools

Go to Panel → Tools and tick which tools the Soul can use. Basic tools (search, calculator, calendar) are available on all plans; Pro and above unlock advanced tools like web browsing.
