Supply Requests & Task Progress

When the AI handles something complex it opens a "Task" and shows progress. If it lacks information mid-way it will ask you back in chat — this is called a supply request.

What Is a Task

When you send a multi-step request (e.g. "Research three suppliers and build a comparison table"), the AI creates a task. The task list on the right or bottom shows current status: In Progress, Waiting for Supply, or Done. On completion you get a reply.

Two Shapes of Supply

1. Button Options

When the question has clear choices, the AI gives you tappable buttons, e.g.:

  • Yes / No
  • Taipei / Taichung / Kaohsiung
  • Confirm / Cancel

Tap a button — no typing needed.

2. Free-Form Input

When the question has no fixed options (e.g. "Please provide the customer's email"), a small input box appears below the message. Fill it in and send.

Answer From Any Device

Supply is bound to the task, not the device. A supply received on your phone can be answered in Panel — once answered anywhere, the supply instantly marks as "Answered" on every other device so you aren't asked twice.

What "Expired" Means

If a supply question goes unanswered past its deadline (usually the task itself timed out), the buttons go gray and show "Expired". You can no longer answer — send a fresh message to the AI if you still need the work done.

TIP

If you see a icon on screen, the AI is waiting for your supply. Tap into it to see the question and answer form.
