Mobile App Issues
1. App Keeps Crashing
- Reboot the phone and try again.
- OS too old: iOS 16+, Android 10+.
- Still crashing: reinstall the app (cloud data is safe).
2. Stuck on Login or Loading Screen
- Toggle between Wi-Fi and cellular.
- Confirm your phone's clock is correct (clock drift fails token verification).
- If your Settings → General → Language/Region is an unusual combo, switch to a standard one and retry.
3. Push Notifications Not Received

4. Can't Upload Photos
- The first time you access Photos, you must grant "All Photos" or "Selected Photos".
- Very large Live Photos / RAW files may exceed the upload limit — send a compressed copy.
5. Typing Lag in Chat
- Often caused by third-party keyboards — switch back to the system keyboard to test.
- Very long conversations (thousands of messages) can be slow: start a new chat.
6. Share / Screenshot to AI
- Share via the system share sheet → DYNARA → pick a workspace and chat.
- If DYNARA isn't listed: on iOS, swipe all the way right in the share sheet → "More → Edit" to enable it; on Android, verify the share target is enabled.
7. Sign Out a Specific Device
- Panel → Settings → Security → Active Sessions lists all signed-in devices; sign out individually.
- If you can't find the right one, "Sign out of all devices" is safest (includes current, requires re-login).
